In 2026, the city of Baku has been nominated to be chosen as the "Sports Capital" of the world.
Representatives of the Evaluation Committee for the World Sports Capital Award, sports community and IKA members also took part in the event. "Sports Volunteers and Fans" PU activity was also shown in the presentation video showing that Baku is ready to become the "Sports Capital" of the world.
